Paper Submission

Participants wishing to make a presentation on the results of their recent research are cordially invited to submit a paper according to the following instructions. Accepted papers will be presented in either oral or poster sessions.
Items to be submitted and instructions are as follows.

Abstract

Deadline: July 31, 2008 Submission deadline has been extended.
Submission : Only on-line submission. No Fax and e-mail submission will be accepted.
Format :
  1. Limit the length of the abstract to 2 pages, including figures, tables, results, discussion and references.
  2. Include the entire abstract within a 17cm x 22 cm, rectangular area for offset reproduction on A4-size paper.
  3. Center the title of the paper at the top of the page. It should be typed in capital bold letters. Below give the name(s) of the author(s), and on the next line the affiliation and address. Skip two lines and start the text. The text must be single-spaced. All letters should be no smaller than 11 point.
  4. Save the abstract in Portable Document Format (as a .pdf file).
  5. Send the file through our website by June 30 on this website.
  6. Abstract will be selected on the basis of their originality and the significance of the results. In addition, their importance to the workshop will be considered, and hence review, interpretive and commentary papers are also welcome.
Results of review will be notified via e-mail by the beginning of August, 2008. Upon acceptance of the abstract, authors are expected to register and to present their abstracts at Oral/Poster Presentations.
